Jobs U Make Possible, LLC  (JUMP, LLC) was co-founded by Tim Blassingame and LaChalle Shay in 2012.   Since that time we have proven a commitment in helping people obtain and maintain employment in Sedgwick County, Kansas.  We contract with the State of Kansas to help individuals through the employment process.  In 2019 LaChalle became the sole owner.

JUMP has worked with various local programs and organizations assisting individuals with employment including: ProjectSEARCH, Pre-ETS, The Wichita Children's Home, Youthville, St Francis Community Services, USD 259, TransNet, Chisholm Life Skills and organizations serving the I/DD population through the Community Development Disability Organization (CDDO)
