LaChalle Shay
Owner
LaChalle Shay has studied Criminal Justice and Business Quality Management. She co-found Jobs U Make Possible, LLC in 2012 with Tim Blassingame. LaChalle has over 25 years of experience working with individuals who have disabilities. She has worked in the capacity of direct care in residential, day and employment services. She has been a Behavior Specialist, Director of Programs, Contract Procurement and is a previous business owner of Hire Opportunities. She brings a host of skills working with individuals, families, businesses and other community service providers. In the past and currently serves on a local non-profit Board of Directors, committees and task forces.

Brandon Buchanan joined the JUMP Team in 2014. He has been in management, customer service and has been working with people who have disabilities for the last 15 years. He is eager to help individuals gain employment and has an aptitude for being efficient and flexible providing Job Preparation, Job Coaching, and Job Placement.
Lee Shay has over 35 years experience working with individuals of all ages who have disabilities, as well as homeless and “at risk” teens. She has worked in the capacities of Direct Care, Case Manager, Director of Day Services, Independent Living Program Manager and directed daily operations of 2 sheltered workshops. She has written multiple grants for non-profit organizations and has 6 years experience working with multiple state agencies.
