Individuals interested in receiving services or being referred to us for services should expect the process to begin with:

• The individual being determined eligible for services by the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Counselor.  

• The VR Counselor determines which service(s) will be provided.  

• The individual and VR Counselor choose a service provider, like JUMP.  

• The VR Counselor sends the referral paperwork to JUMP.  

• JUMP contacts the individual to setup a 1st Meeting to meet the JUMP Team.

• The individual meets the JUMP Staff and learns more details about the approved service(s) and a plan is developed to move through the employment process.
